What happens when the character limit for "Plain Language" is reached?

Overview

If the allocated character limit for the Plain Language module is reached, no new translations can be performed. This means that no further content can be simplified.


What happens to translations already created?

Translations that have already been created will remain and will continue to be displayed correctly. The tool will still work for already processed content. Only new text will not be processed without additional character allowance.


What should you do if you need more characters?

If you require additional character allowance, please contact our support team or your sales representative to increase your quota.

Note: The same procedure applies to Eye-Able Translate if the character limit is reached there.
