What happens when the character limit in “Translate” or “Plain Language” is reached?
When the booked character quota in the Translate or Plain Language modules has been used up, no new translations can be carried out. This means that no further content will be automatically translated or simplified.
Important:
Previously created translations remain intact and will continue to be displayed correctly. The tool will therefore still work for already processed content – only new texts cannot be processed without an additional character quota.
If you need additional characters, please contact our support team or your sales representative to expand your quota.
