How is the stability and security of my data ensured?
This article gives an overview of how Eye-Able handles data protection, which quality assurance measures are implemented and how reliable system operation is ensured.
Data protection and data processing
Eye-Able does not track or process any personal data of website visitors.
- IP addresses are anonymised directly within our systems and are not used to identify individual people.
- We work exclusively with certified and trustworthy providers for our server infrastructure.
Quality assurance and certification
- All updates go through an extensive quality assurance process.
- Development is certified by TÜV Süd to ISO 25051:2014 in the area of functionality.
Failover protection
The Eye-Able Assist software is designed so that even if our servers fail, the operation of your website is not affected. Alternatively, local hosting also gives you full control over your data.
Emergency management
To safeguard ongoing operations, we have clearly defined and documented processes:
- Disaster recovery plans for restarting systems
- Business continuity plans for maintaining business operations
- Incident response plan for the structured handling of security incidents
- Information security policy for binding internal information security guidelines
In an emergency, we can quickly switch to a redundant system to keep the software running. In addition, all systems are backed up daily.
