How does Eye-Able Assist handle embedded pages (iFrames)?
In this article, you'll learn how Eye-Able Assist handles iFrames.
Does Assist also work within iFrames?
Local iFrames: If an iFrame loads a page from the same domain, Assist usually works without any problems.
External iFrames: For content from external domains, Assist must also be integrated there in order to use all functions. Communication between the main page and the iFrame then takes place via messages. The display of icons can be configured so that they do not appear twice.
Functions for external iFrames
Even without full integration, the following functions continue to work:
- Zoom
- Colour filters, e.g. blue filter and colour blindness
