Can I also use Eye-Able® Assist in a development or test environment?

Assist licences are domain-specific – what does this mean for development and test environments?

Please note that Assist licences are domain-specific. This means that if your development or test environment uses a different domain to the live domain, no corresponding licence will be found. In this case, only a trial version of Eye-Able Assist with limited functionality will be loaded.

Extending Your License

If you wish, we can extend the configuration of the live domain and add the domain of the development/test environment as an additional domain to the licence. Simply inform our support team of the domain of the development or test environment so that we can set everything up for you.

This allows the integration code to be used in both the live domain and the development/test environment, offering the full functionality of Assist in both cases.
