Assist licences are domain-specific – what does this mean for development and test environments?
Please note that Assist licences are domain-specific. This means that if your development or test environment uses a different domain to the live domain, no corresponding licence will be found. In this case, only a trial version of Eye-Able Assist with limited functionality will be loaded.
Extending Your License
If you wish, we can extend your existing license to include the domain of your development or test environment. Just let our support team know the domain, and we’ll set everything up for you.
This allows the integration code to be used in both the live domain and the development/test environment, providing the full functionality of Assist in both cases.
