Assist Icon Not Working – What Can I Do?
If you are unable to click or move the Eye-Able® Assist icon, please follow these steps:
Contact Our Support Team
Simply open a support ticket or reach out directly to your assigned support representative.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible to ensure Assist works correctly again.
Note for Local Installations
If you have integrated Assist locally on your server, we will provide you with an updated configuration file, which you will need to reintegrate into your domain.
