The read-aloud function in Eye-Able® Assist uses only the voices of the operating system or browser. The voice of the operating system is used first.

• No connection to our servers is made.
• No data is collected by Eye-Able®.

This means that voices may sound different on different devices and browsers.

Optional cloud voices

We offer the optional use of cloud voices in Eye-Able® Assist.

These ensure:

• Consistent voice across all browsers
