What Do I Need to Consider When Relaunching My Website?

A relaunch of your website often involves technical changes. To ensure that everything works smoothly, you should especially keep an eye on the use of your license and the handling of your domain.

Domain and Integration Code

Licenses are always linked to a domain. If your domain does not change during the relaunch, you can simply continue using the licenses and the existing integration codes.

In this case, no further adjustments are necessary.

Information After the Relaunch

As soon as your new website is live, please let us know briefly. This allows us to ensure that everything is working correctly.

Especially in the case of major design adjustments or structural changes to the website, we also recommend reviewing and, if necessary, adjusting the Assist configuration. If an Assist license already exists, we will review the functions in detail and optimize the configuration file if required, so that everything continues to run smoothly and optimally. Change of Domain

If you use a new domain as part of the relaunch, the licenses must also be adjusted.

Simply provide us with your new domain and the planned date of the changeover. We will then take care of updating your license so that your website continues to be supported correctly.

With regard to Assist licenses, it is possible that the integration code will change. After the license change, you can find the new code for integration in the Eye-Able Dashboard as usual.
