How do I provide my service provider with the installation links and configuration details for the Eye-Able software?

In this article, you will learn how to provide your service provider with the information required to integrate the Eye-Able software.

You can find the installation instructions for the Eye-Able software in your dashboard or via the following links:

Local hosting of Assist

You can also find the link to the configuration file on the Eye-Able Assist installation page. Scroll down to the installation option ‘3. Hosting on your own server’ and click on the ‘Set up local hosting’ button. A pop-up window will then open, in which you will see, amongst other things, the ‘Download config file’ button.

In the top right corner of the installation page, you will find the ‘Share Link’ button. When you click on this button, the link is automatically copied and can be easily shared.
