This article explains which Eye-Able software products you can integrate locally on your server and how your data is handled in the process.

Local integration and data protection

Of course, you can also integrate any software we can implement locally on your server. However, Eye-Able generally follows the approach of not collecting any personal data.

Eye-Able Assist and testing software

After the local integration of Eye-Able Assist, no more requests are sent to our servers. Our testing software can also be set up locally if required. The Audit module always works entirely locally in the browser.

Exception: Eye-Able Translate and Eye-Able Plain Language 

The only exceptions are the modules:

• Eye-Able Translate
• Eye-Able Plain Language 

These modules transmit data to our translation AI. Regardless of whether the JavaScript is embedded locally or via our servers, an external request is only triggered upon actual use.
