How do manual rescans work in the report?
When you trigger a rescan in the report area (by clicking the "Rescan Now" button), the monthly limit of three additional scans per domain (not per account) applies. Rescanning is only available to admins in your organization.
After the scan request, the new scan will not be executed immediately: The crawl will first be queued and then processed automatically. Therefore, there may be short waiting times until the updated report with new results is available. Compared to a regular scan, manually triggered runs are prioritized.
For the next scan date, the regular interval will apply again, usually 7 days.
