Does the Integration of Eye-Able Software Affect the Performance of my Website?

The integration of Eye-Able Software only a minimal impact on the performance of your website and should not affect the Lighthouse score.

The use of the "async" attribute ensures that scripts are loaded in parallel with the rest of the page, without blocking the page's rendering process. This means that our software is only initialized once the page has fully loaded.

Alternatively, Eye-Able Assist has a "Dynamic Loading"  integration option. In this case, the majority of Assist is only loaded once the user clicks on the icon. This ensures that, for users who do not use Assist, the page load remains unaffected.
