Do you transfer data to third parties? – What is the storage period?

Overview 

All data will be treated confidentially. Within the Eye-Able group, only authorised persons and departments receive your data. 

Transfer to external third parties 

We may also transfer your data to external parties (e.g. courts or legal advisors) if this is necessary to comply with applicable law or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. 

Use of contract processors 

We also use contract processors. Your data will be passed on to them in strict compliance with the obligation of confidentiality and the requirements of the GDPR. 

The contract processors commissioned by us may process the data only for us and not for their own purposes. In such cases, responsibility for data processing remains with Eye-Able. 

Storage period and deletion 

After completion of the processing, the notifying person is informed of the result of the check and the notifying person is archived anonymously after 30 days. 

The transferred data are stored in the European Union. 

We will delete your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, if processing is not necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
