Where Can I Find the Chatbot?

  • You can find the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the Help Center homepage.

  • It is represented by a star icon.


What is the Chatbot?

The chatbot is a virtual assistant that answers your questions about Eye-Able. It helps you find specific information or get answers to general questions. The chatbot gives you personalized answers to many of your questions about Eye-Able and can help you get answers even faster.


Tips for Using the Chatbot

  • Name the product or topic your question is about clearly. This will help the chatbot find the correct answer more quickly.

  • Ask specific questions. The more precise your question is, the better the chatbot can assist you.

  • If the chatbot doesn’t provide an answer right away, try rewording your question or providing additional details.

  • The chatbot can make mistakes and does not yet know all the answers. However, we are constantly working to further improve the quality of the chatbot.
