Why can't Eye-Able® Audit be used on newly activated domains?
Reload licence for newly activated domains
Problem: Eye-Able® Audit cannot be used directly on newly activated domains if it was already installed before the licence was activated. In this case, the licence must be reloaded.
Procedure for reactivating the licence
- Open Eye-Able® Audit.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Log in with your Eye-Able® Dashboard credentials in the following window.
- Click on the ‘Log in and query your licences’ button.
These steps ensure that the newly activated licence is correctly recognised and activated so that Eye-Able® Audit works properly.
