This article explains who to contact if you have questions regarding your contract with Eye-Able® – for example, about contract duration, included domains, available features, or a possible termination.

Your first point of contact: Sales representative

If you have questions about your contract, please reach out directly to your assigned sales representative. This person can provide information on:

  • Your current contract duration

  • The notice period for termination

  • The feature set included in your package

  • The domains activated for you

  • Support and contact times specified in your contract

  • The exact process for changing or terminating your contract
