How do I conclude an Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Here you can find out how to enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and what options are available to you.

Automatic DPA for new customers

If you entered into your contract with us after September 2025, the DPA has already been provided to you automatically. You can find it in the appendix to your offer.

If you signed your contract before this date and have not yet signed a DPA, you can do so at any time via your dashboard.

Concluding the DPA in the dashboard

You can easily request the DPA directly in your dashboard:

  • To do so, navigate to Assist -> Data Privacy



  • There you will find the option to request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), as well as the option to download a template of the data protection agreement.

    You can request the AVV via the ‘Request AVV now’ button in the dashboard and download the template of the data protection agreement via the ‘Download template of the data protection agreement’ button.
